Twinkle Lights And Hover Cars

So, it’s been over a month since the Hope Ink Shop (aka: Me) took a little –okay, long– holiday vacation. It was such a blessing to be able to slow down for Christmas and enjoy the season with my sweet family. We made cookies, had friends over to play, strung twinkle lights everywhere (literally. You think I’m kidding. They’re still there. And probably will be forever. But at least they’re inside and not bothering the neighbors. So we just pretend we’re in a jazzy cafe every night. It’s a good thing. Really. You should try it.).

Of course vacation is over now and Christmas is all packed up (other than the twinkle lights), and I’m still shocked that it’s 2015. I feel like I’m living in a sci-fi movie (Back To The Future, anyone?) whenever I write the date. And I keep waiting for my hover car. But alas, all that ever greets me in the driveway is my [so last century] mini-van.

A New Home

Nope, no hover cars here. But (and this is just slightly less exciting) the Hope Ink shop is back! And we have a brand new spiffy website to call home, which has been in the works for a looong time. But hasn’t been ready till now. Because … life.

So, I’m happy about the move finally being complete, and really hope you’ll like the new site. I think it’ll be much easier to navigate and see everything at a glance instead of lots of scrolling and searching. And I’ve added some brand new designs too – with more in the works. Take a peek and let me know what you think!

At the moment, I’m working on getting ~~everything~~ most things (who am I kidding?)
finished by the end of the week so I can spend some
happy restful time with the family
minus my usual and ever-present “to-do list.”
Wouldn’t that be nice?
